and Extent of Involvement of Faculty and Students in academic affairs / improvements
1. Classes are being conducted through experienced lecturer to enhance the quality of the instructions.
 2. Lecturers delivered by eminent professors are being regularly used as a supplement.
3. Some experimental set up is being developed are project work by students under the guidance of faculty members or by the department concerned.
4. Workshops and seminars are conducted periodically.
Mechanism / norms & procedure for democratic / good governance:
Under the guidance of trustees, governing council, academic Advisory Body, the day to day operations of PKACE is managed by Principal with help from HODs and faculty members with individual responsibility. Student representatives are elected democratically from each section / branch and their views were taken in to the consideration for good governance.
Student feedback on Institutional Governance / Faculty performance:
Student feedback is being taken semester wise to access the performance of the faculty members as well as the governing of the institute and necessary steps are being taken for improving the teaching quality and the institutional functioning on a larger scale.
Grievance redressal mechanisms for faculty, staff and students:
HOD meetings are conducted on weekly basis. Faculty and staff meetings are conducted every fortnight to resolve issues arising on day to day affairs. Complaints / suggestion boxes are available at Library / Hostels. AIS (Academic information system) have squirrel mail through which students send direct email to principal.
